These belts measure from the fold of the leather to the center hole. It has two-inch adjustment on both sides.
Small (S): Fits 28 to 34 inches
Medium (M): Fits 34 to 38 inches
Large (L): Fits 38 to 42 inches
XLarge (XL): Fits 42 to 46 inches
